Provides exceptional guest service to all internal guests
Provides table maintenance to guests including bussing dishes and resetting tables.
Assists servers with running food and presenting dishes to guests
Maintains a clean work station.
Applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to apply. High School diploma or general education degree (GED),
or experience in lieu of education. One to three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute, rate, ratio and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Must qualify for licensing with the West Virginia Racing Commission.
Must be TIPS certified. TIPS training and certification is conducted during New Hire Orientation at company expense.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel;
reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
